WorldWideView is a powerful geospatial visualization engine. However, users must understand the limitations of the data presented on the 3D globe.

1. Nature of the Data

The data displayed within WorldWideView (including aircraft positions, maritime vessel AIS data, satellite telemetry, conflict events, and environmental tracking) is aggregated from public APIs, open-source feeds, and community-seeded plugins.

WorldWideView is a visualizer, not a data originator.

2. No Warranty of Accuracy

All data is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

  • Flight paths, vessel positions, and event markers may be delayed by several minutes or hours.
  • Data feeds may drop, become corrupted, or display inaccurate coordinates due to upstream API failures, sensor ghosting, or spoofing.
  • Community-developed plugins may contain bugs or misinterpret the data they fetch.

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of any data rendered on the platform.

3. Prohibited Uses

Because the data cannot be guaranteed, you explicitly agree that WorldWideView will NOT be used for any of the following:

  • Aviation Navigation: You may not use this software for air traffic control, flight planning, or mid-air collision avoidance.
  • Maritime Navigation: You may not use this software to navigate vessels or avoid maritime hazards.
  • Military Operations: You may not use this software for active targeting, tactical surveillance, or military intelligence decisions.
  • Emergency Response: You may not rely on this software for disaster management, evacuation routing, or first-responder deployment.
  • Life-Safety Decisions: You may not use this software in any scenario where inaccurate data could lead to personal injury, death, or severe property damage.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for independently verifying any data before acting upon it. By using WorldWideView, you agree to hold Tri Phung trading as WorldWideView harmless from any liability, loss, or damages arising from your reliance on the data displayed by the platform.
